Equis Fitness provides a space that emphasizes health, wellness, and the importance of nutrition. We are an independently run small business, owned by Bronx locals and proudly stand by our community in providing a fitness program based on empathy and inclusion - teaching the community as one, but valuing the needs of the individual. We know the names of all of our members, their goals, their strengths, their fears and limitations. Our mission is to achieve excellence on a daily basis. Our coaches have the ability to customize any workout to fit the specific needs of each person. We help people at all skill levels and all areas of fitness get out of pain, feel better and look better so they can be better!
